Your first couple of promotions through “entry level” and “II” level will give you the practice you need from the hands-on skills perspective. Rising to Senior level and above requires a full well-rounded approach which isn’t taught in schools and often isn’t fostered automatically in companies. This course will give you frameworks for growth into Senior and above levels for Engineers and PMs.
As a result of this course, you’ll be understand what it takes to pass an interview for the level of “Senior” (or above) in Engineer or PM roles. This same knowledge can be used for working toward a promotion to Senior level inside your current company. We’ll cover topics like leading others by influence and setting the example for juniors.
