The initial conversations from Recruiters, and sometimes the Hiring Manager, are called “screens” because these two people are filtering (i.e. screening out) candidates, to ensure the interviewers in the next steps only deal with qualified candidates. In this course, we’ll teach you how to ace this early key part of the interview process.
As a result of this course, you’ll have greater success advancing past the early ‘conversations’ (which are definitely interviews) with Recruiters and Hiring Managers of the roles you’re applying for. These conversations are where they start quiz you, figure out what level to place you into, and begin to form ideas of how successful you’ll be in the role.
